- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method typically takes 2-6 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

- Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping generally range from 1-3 business days.

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $200. This offer applies to orders within the continental United States. *Some exclusions apply*

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Order Status: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the confirmation email.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

 

- Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses located in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy accordingly.

 

4. Delivery Issues

 

- Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather, carrier delays, and high demand may affect delivery times. General Sports doesn’t have control over any shipping delays. For any questions regarding delayed shipments, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: General Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

 

5. Address Accuracy

 

- Verification: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Tyler immediately at thoiseth@generalsports.us. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped. If an address has to be changed after the item has been shipped, the buyer will incur the cost of shipping.
