Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with General Sports! We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

- Time Frame: Items can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the purchase has been made.

- Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that show signs of wear or have been used cannot be returned.

- Exceptions: Due to health and safety regulations, personalized items, custom equipment, and cleared items are non-refundable.

- PRODUCTS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REFUND.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

 

- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact Tyler at thoiseth@generalsports.us. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping

 

- Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

- Shipping Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

 

4. Refund Processing

 

- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

 

5. Exchanges

 

- Availability: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact Tyler at thoiseth@generalsports.us for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- Process: In the event of an exchange, the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping of the original item and the shipping for the item that it will be exchanged with.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

- Report: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

 

7. Warranty

 

All products are subject to dealer warranty. Please refer to the dealer for specific warranty claims.
